letter to my sister

Dear Traci,

This is one of a 30 minute block of time in my life today.

Decided to check facebook. My fault. Really obviously the big man upstairs is telling me to walk away from this computer

Quiet. Go to check on Philip he is in his room on blue chair with paci (big no no) and has beaudroux butt paste dotted all over arms of chair – no less than 16 dotts. Very pretty but a pain to clean. I think I am just going to throw that chair away. I throw his paci in the back of his crib, he hops off chair looks at me and picks up a Lincoln log and tries to reach it with that. No luck, and he was very vocal about that predicament.

Decide to drug him. He is so sick, snotty, congested, coughing that he truly needs some medicine. Draw up 2 different drugs in one syringe, one dark red liquid other bright purple. 1 teaspoon. 5 mls.
Hand it to him because he is 2 you know so he has to do it all himself. Turn around to get a cup of water so he can wash it down and go to hand him cup just in time to watch him squirt it ALL OVER THE WALL. He was standing by the dishwasher and it hit above the laundry room door and went all the way to the floor….

I can’t make this up. This is my life. I am sitting here and he is bringing me his bunnies one by one trying to make it better. I think it is going to take much more than that.

I hope your girls are not stealing your pads today. Oh nice. Philip has a poop diaper. And Katie is yelling (oh yes, kt is home sick today too) Philip has a paci. He obviously found something to reach it with.

Life is not good today
C

Welcome. You've arrived to the world of uncontrolled motherhood!
DON"\'T throw that chair away. Philip loves that chair. Throw a cover over it. . . .
